FCC BOOT CAMP
FFC BOOT CAMP – 4 weeks, 1 hour class, $5 per class. It starts Tuesday, July 23rd 7:30-8:30 pm.
Join Certified Personal Trainer, Caitlin McMurtry as she leads the FFC practice members & our community through a balanced outdoor workout that will include functional & stability training, running, jumping, lifting, lunging … squatting … smiling! Oh, and sweating! If you’ve never tried it don’t hesitate to come on out. These workouts are available to a wide variety of abilities.

Each session is 60 minutes long and we go rain or shine! We meet at the back of Stuart Scott Public School on Tuesday July 23, 30th, Aug 6th & 13th from 7:30-8:30 pm. $5 per session … YES, $5! Please bring a yoga mat (if you can), a towel and water!
