I came across Foster Family Chiropractic & Associates through a Facebook ad for their new patient special, and the timing couldn’t have been better. I was experiencing some pretty severe lower back pain and decided to give them a try.
From the beginning, the communication with Gloria before my appointment was excellent. I also really appreciated how much of the process could be completed digitally—it made everything very convenient and straightforward.
When I arrived, Elina greeted me and was extremely courteous and friendly. She gave me a tour of the office, walked me through the paperwork thoroughly, and also conducted some assessments to help get a better understanding of what I was experiencing. She made the whole process feel very comfortable and welcoming.
Dr. Warner and Dr. Macdonald have both been great so far. I’m only two sessions in, but I’m already starting to feel some relief in my lower back, which has been really encouraging.
Overall, I’ve had a great experience so far. The entire team has been welcoming, professional, and helpful, and I’m looking forward to continuing my treatment and seeing how much better I can feel. Definitely glad I came across their Facebook ad!
