I first came to FFC as a patient when I was pregnant with my son and experienced tailbone pain.
The relief of being able to sit comfortably led me to bring the rest of my family for preventative care —
including my infant son who had digestive issues.
After receiving my Bachelor of Science degree, I worked in the corporate world in marketing and as a Sales Executive.
My fascination with science and how the brain works, combined with a desire to instill confidence and achievement in children,
inspired me to open Aim Educational Services Inc. in 2011.
Through my personal journey and a commitment to ongoing learning and supporting parents and children,
I became a Master Coach and Trainer of NLP and Hypnotherapy in 2016.
I work one-on-one with students and adults to increase self-esteem, clear negative thinking patterns,
and teach practical skills and tools to navigate life’s challenges.
With over 40 years’ experience in the dance industry — including a Teaching Certificate from the Royal Academy of Dance —
I blended mindset coaching with performance technique to develop Own the Stage™.
This program helps performers master emotions, mindset, and skills to deliver superb performances.
I believe in a holistic approach: supporting the nervous system through chiropractic care alongside cultivating positive thinking patterns
is part of a healthy lifestyle. I am proud to be part of the operations team and community at FFC,
helping create a calm, positive place for your health journey.
